Bang the card game

You have only a single Missed! Your opponent plays Indians!. Suzy Lafayette is the first to react, according to the clockwise order: she suffers a wound and loses one life point.

Then it's time for Calamity Janet: at this point, you can use your Missed! After that, you regain the ability of Suzy Lafayette, and therefore draw a card from the deck, because you have no cards in hand.

Game Rules Two Player Rules. All you want do is indication and mail! Make sure you adhere to the recommendations to acquire, personalize, and print each card. Come Together Kids: Bang! These greeting cards are for this extremely popular winter months vacation — Christmas. Congratulate the graduate in your lifetime with one of these cards for graduation. On my next turn, I drew a Saloon card. As far as I was concerned as an enforcer of the law, everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

So I played the Saloon card and bought everyone a round of drinks, bringing their hit points up a notch. Slab the Killer was at it again. He played the stick of dynamite which made its way around the table.

If that card showed a spade with a number between 2 and 9, then the Dynamite would explode causing that player to lose three hit points. Otherwise, the dynamite would be passed to the next player. To the glee of all the criminals involved, the dynamite made a complete rotation around the table and then stopped in front of Kit Carlson.

Poor Kit had a bad luck of the draw, the dynamite exploded and he was the first to buy the farm. Posthumously, we discovered that Kit was the Renegade. Relieved that a threat had been neutralized, but seeking retribution in the death of an innocent man, the Sheriff made it his task to bring Slab the Killer to justice with targeted shootings.

Meanwhile, Willy the Kid ran out of bullets in his assault on Lucky Duke. Both down at one hit point, Lucky challenged Willy to a duel. When a duel card is played against a player, the opposing player must play a BANG! Each player must keep playing BANG! Unlucky for Willy, he no longer had any cards left in his hand and received a face full of bullet. Quickly realizing that I was the only deputy left in the game, I knew which players were guilty and needed to be brought to justice.

I pulled out my rifle and began my retribution on Suzy Lafayette, who was the closest player to me. Lucky mistook Suzy for the deputy and followed me in shooting Suzy as well.

Paul Regret, seeing the carnage after killing off Slab the Killer, intervened in our squabble killing off Lucky Duke. Two outlaws down, only the Sheriff, myself, and Suzy Lafayette remained. Each has a name and a special ability that they can use during the game.

So thats the setup.. And as the name suggest — the object of the game is to … well.. But who do you shoot — and how do you shoot them without revealing your identity? A game turn is simple: players draw 2 cards, play a card and just try to survive. Easy to play, difficult to find your targets if your the Sheriff and difficult to keep your identity hidden if you are anyone else.

The game includes a unique random element as well — Each card has a poker symbol in the lower left corner. In this case a player has to draw the top card of the draw pile and match it to the required poker symbol.

One slightly daunting thing about the rules is the use of symbols on the cards. There is a symbol for every unique gameplay action. And the game provides a reference card but it takes a few games to get them down pat. And there are some special cards that have more complicated effects — and you will have to reference these rules as well — but they are worth it.

The game play is fun enough and replay value is great. Depends on your budget. Overall Review: Unpredictable fun… for the right group. It depends on the family. I have kids. And we all love to play games together. This game is a tough call — especially nowadays. For some, the blatant title that may be reason enough not to play this game with children.

Is best played with more than 4 people. The card symbols make the game playable by younger kids but again — see the disclaimer above. The last great component of the game is how the players play. Does your pal have a good poker face? Does your brother turn red when lying?

Will your girlfriend giggle when shooting the Sheriff? So much more than math and luck the game depends on you keeping your cool…. Instead of using bullet markers, you use a card with bullets on it that you slide up or down.

Reference cards are missing some symbols. This is a really fun party game, and this specific version is a good one. Sticking with the basic version is probably fine, however I highly recommend you add this game to your collection.

Not to long, not to short. Everyone is given a secret role to play. You might be an outlaw trying to kill off the sheriff or you might be the deputy trying to assist the sheriff. The way you play the game is draw cards. The cards represent actions or items. One action is Bang! Everyone will start with a default range of one person over from them, but might be modifiers to allow them to shoot further. You can also get items such as guns that allow you to shoot more people at once or further.

You may also get items such as beers that will regain health. There are many more items and action cards in the game. Most of it is pretty easy to understand and easy to use. Conclusion: I like Bang! A few games go by pretty quick, but that is really all you need.

Pick up Bang! Bang is one of those games, in my opinion, that is easy to play for pretty much anybody, but can offer hour after hour of solid entertainment. In this game, players will select roles at random.

Each role has a different victory objective. The one role that everybody will be able to see is who the Sheriff is.
