They were taken in by the sales pitch and gave him a cheque there and then. Their windows did not need replacing. After talking it through they realised their mistake within the cooling off period. I spoke to trading standards and was advised they should get a full refund. My relatives called to cancel and were advised it would take a month to write a cheque. From the start I wish I had read the reviews on this site and could have saved a lot of problems. The salesman promised a lot but delivered nothing. I could have got two chimpanzees from Edinburgh Zoo to do a better job fitting the windows.

Stay away from this company. The standard of installation is shocking. The after sales service is even worse!!!!! Spent endless time calling customer services with no reply. No deposit would be paid and we could cancel the HP agreement and pay for the windows when the windows were fitted.

No extra charge would made for taking this option. This would be possible as HP contract did not take effect until the job was complete and we had 14 days to cancel. This is not the case.
