I like the integration with ical and with that the sync option with Google calender etc etc. The app can be used in a number of ways - as a diary, as a task manager and as a journal. You are not limited to using text in your entries, images and tables can also be added when extra information is needed. When used as a task manager, it is easy to stay focus on what is most important as the app enables you to set goal.
